Starcow is a streetfashion boutique with exclusive sneakers and a fine selection of t-shirts by Off Bowery, Alife, Hixsept, Stussy and more. Starcow is located on the famed rue Saint-Honoré and is surrounded by other cool places like the Vans store and Artoyz. Out of all the shops we've featured so far we have to say that the music they played in their store was on-point the most. On second thought, in Barcelona's Ras Gallery they played some really amazing music too so let's call it a tie.
